Latest Highlights…

Working to Serve You Better

Reducing call wait times just one priority we're working on.

Unusual market conditions have contributed to higher call volumes and at times, intermittent technical delays on our platform. We're working hard to reduce our wait times and enhance your experience. We have increased the number of people we have available to answer your calls by almost 40 per cent – and more representatives will be added throughout the year to support your needs. Our system capacity has also been expanded to handle higher volumes as trading gets underway each day.

In addition, we have created quick-reference resources to help you find what you need, and we continue to build out our Investing Academy with new guides to answer questions you may have. We appreciate your patience and thank you for choosing RBC Direct Investing.

ETF, Mutual Fund and Stock Screeners All in One Place

Screener upgrades for ETFs and mutual funds now available.

Following the recent launch of our enhanced stock-screener tool, you'll now find improved screeners for exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and mutual funds. Plus, you can now access them all in one place with just a single click. The refreshed screeners make it easier to narrow down your investment choices by choosing only criteria that's important to you. Find screeners under the Research tab online. Click on any one to reach the screeners homepage, where you'll find separate tabs for each screener. From there, you can browse a number of predefined screeners, which have criteria already selected based on popular themes, or you can select Create My Own to find quick criteria selections or dig deeper. Plus, you can save your filtered results as a watchlist. Look for Save as Watchlist near the top of your search results. Find out more about screeners in How to Find Investments That Matter to You.

Sharpen Your Skills with More Financial-Literacy Tools

Our library of investing guides continues to grow.

Let's face it, knowing where to look for sources of financial know-how can be tricky these days. To help make things easier for your, we're constantly expanding our Investing Academy offerings, including adding new investing guides. Guides offer packages of related content all in one place, making it easier to find information on a topic you want to know about. (Think TFSAsETFs or investing in stocks.) One of our most recent additions, Guide to Online Self-Serve Options, offers a number of tips and resources to help you navigate the RBC Direct Investing site.
