The final week of Financial Literacy Month 2017 (#FLM2017) is all about knowing your financial rights and responsibilities. In a month focused on growing financial literacy and strengthening the financial literacy of Canadians, it's an important reminder for investors.

Knowing your rights and responsibilities can include understanding fees, knowing your investing style and understanding what you're investing in. The Government of Canada offers a host of online resources covering financial rights and responsibilities, including those related to banking, credit cards, mortgages, disclosures and more.
